Refunds
Credits are delivered the moment a payment clears, so the rules below are about what has been used, not about delivery.
Refunded in full
When you get your money back
- You paid and no credits arrived. If a payment left your account and the balance did not change, that is our problem. Tell us the reference and we refund it in full, or release the credits if you would rather have those.
- You were charged twice for the same thing. The duplicate is refunded in full.
- You have not spent a single credit. Within 7 days of buying, an untouched pack is refunded in full, no reason needed. The account records how many credits have been spent, so this is simply checked.
- A tool did not do what it says. If a tool fails on a file it claims to handle, the credits it consumed are returned. Tell us which tool and what happened.
Not refunded
When we say no
- Credits you have already spent. A run that produced a file has been delivered. Every tool can be tried on the free allowance first, and the tools state their limits before you spend anything.
- Results you disagree with. Automatic transcription, detection and conversion are imperfect and say so plainly on the tool itself. A result you do not like is not a failed delivery. If it is genuinely wrong rather than imperfect, the rule above applies.
- Changing your mind after use. Credits never expire, so there is no hurry to use them and no penalty for waiting.
How
Asking for one
Email us with the payment reference and one line about what went wrong. You do not need to explain yourself for an unused pack.
We reply within 3 working days. An approved refund is sent back to the card, UPI ID or account it came from, and normally reaches you within 5 to 7 working days after that — the last part is your bank’s timing, not ours. Refunds are not paid by any other route.
